Tackling the increasing rate of inactive users

Fundall being a financial product that caters for the unbanked, I worked on improving the entire onboarding process which resulted to over 10% increase in active user after implementing a solution that converts inactive users too active users. This impacted the total transaction value and volume positivley.

Firstchekout, the payment infrasturture of FirstBank Nigeria houses the payment gateway and other payment services that helps merchants across WestAfrica thrive. The product currently caters for online merchants which represents over 15% of FirstBank's customer base
